ABOUT PCS FOR PEOPLE
Bridging the Digital Divide, Since 1998
PCs for People was started by a social worker in Minnesota with a simple idea: a student needed a computer. That idea grew into a national movement.
Today, PCs for People is a national leader in digital inclusion, providing affordable refurbished computers, low-cost internet access, and digital skills training to low-income individuals, families, and those with disabilities across all 50 states.
They've distributed over 400,000 computers, connected more than one million people to technology, and recycled millions of pounds of electronics. Their model is as practical as it is powerful.
