Mike Bux

Mike is a high value business executive with diverse skills and experience leading businesses and sales. He operates at the intersection of cutting-edge technology, finance, accounting, growth-mindedness, sales excellence, and delivering dynamic results. He has the ability to assess processes and systems for gaps and opportunities and finds white areas in businesses to grow as a greenfield.

Mike has over 25 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, and Sales. Most recently, Mike was with Korn Ferry where he served as the Senior Principal, leading the Sales Effectiveness & Advisory Practice. Prior to Korn Ferry Mike worked for Mercer where he had multiple senior leadership roles leading teams and innovation initiatives representing the broad portfolio of Health, Wealth, HR Transformation, and M & A services. Mike initial entry into HR transformation and workforce strategy started with ADP HR outsourcing division where he led a multiple state sales and service organization. In addition to his sales and consulting leadership background, Mike also brings with him experience as a former CFO of a Mid-Market Company and Commercial Relationship Manager in the Financial Services industry.

Mike graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Economics/Business and completed a Master of Accounting from Roosevelt University. Mike has a son Jameson, a loving wife Linda and a perfect dog named Monroe.
