Michael McEldowney

For most of the last two decades Michael has worked closely with attorneys at every level of the legal industry from legal lead generation to legal plans to law firm operations management. He has worked closely with thousands of law firm and other small business operators. Prior to joining Sanguine Strategic Advisors, Michael spent the past 8 years onboarding and managing attorney networks for two national law firms and a national pre-paid legal services plan.

Scott Thede, is a seasoned finance professional with a remarkable 18-year track record. Throughout his career, Scott has demonstrated his expertise in finance through roles within startups as well as marketing and law firms. With a blend of analytical acumen and industry insights, Scott carefully crafts financial forecasts and projections that focus on potential profits while simultaneously mitigating risks.

Prior to joining Sanguine Strategic Advisors, Mike owned and operated a marketing agency for just over 20 years. The success of his agency lead to partnerships with T-Mobile, Penn State, Heinz, UPMC and many other notable brands. A trusted. partner in the advertising space, Mike managed a digital marketing budget that exceeded a combined $3M per month. His outside the box thinking and strategies have reduced the overall cost per acquisition for hundreds of businesses all over the globe.

Erin Michael Ferguson
Operational Engineer & Senior Advisor
Erin has a diverse professional and educational background. She earned a Masterās degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, specialization in Organizational Effectiveness, and is working on a PhD in Business Psychology. Erin has provided executive coaching, data analysis and leadership initiative development for senior executives at HSBC Bank Global, as well as to other industry leaders, for over 15 years. She also worked at NASA Goodard Space Flight Center as a Human Capital Statistician, where she utilized predictive modeling to optimize program initiatives and mission completion. Erin also has extensive experience in Marketing and Sales.Ā
Shirley Vega
Operations Administrator
Shirley Vega has over a decade of experience in operations, project management, and property management. During her 10-year career in the real estate industry as an REO (Real Estate Owned) Specialist, Shirley handled every aspect of the management of a multi-million-dollar portfolio of properties across the United States, owned by lien holders. Her experience in overseeing every aspect of property management, including leasing, repairs, improvements and evictions, has translated well to helping Sanguineās business owner clients navigate the time-consuming and often tedious administrative burdens of day-to-day operations.
