The Sanguine Mindshare Series
Partner Preparation & Intake Brief
What is the Mindshare series?
Mindshare is an interview series hosted by Sanguine's CEO, Kevin Chern, featuring candid conversations with leading experts, innovators, and advisors from across the Sanguine ecosystem.
In a relaxed conversion, each episode explores practical ways to overcome the most common operational challenges faced by business owners today. From building stronger teams and improving profitability, to navigating compliance, health, finance, and technology.
His goal is simple: to share ideas that help business owners work smarter, grow faster, and lead with confidence.
Unlike a typical webinar or sales pitch, Mindshare is designed as an authentic chat, that builds credibility and connection.
Every episode is recorded, post-produced, and distributed through the Sanguine network to amplify your insights and expertise.
The Format & Flow
- Casual recording environment: Online Zoom, and we handle post-production.
- Interview structure: Kevin leads a business interview with a clear “Who / What / Why” opener.
- Your story: We save the detailed pitch for the end. We want to dive into your area of expertise.
- Your elevator pitch: A concise explanation of what you do, who you serve, and outcomes you drive.
- Bring 3–4 stats: We love to add screen graphics for interest and engagement (remember to include sources).
Our Briefing Process
We have an easy briefing form to capture everything we need. We want to know about you, your business, and of course cover off operational elements like logos, availability and authorizations.
About You
We want to know some personal information. A few short lines about your passions, where you grow up, where you studied, where you are right now. Tell us about your area of expertise, questions you'd love to answer, and anything to avoid.
About Your Business
We want to get under the hood of your who, what, and why. Bullet points are fine. Statistics that are important in your industry or business are great, and come prepared to close out with your elevator pitch.
Your Brand
We need the basics, like logos, domain, social links, and your headshot.
Authorization
Of course, we need your tick of approval to record and share with our audience.
Some Tech Tips (So you sound & look great!)
This interview is via a Zoom call. Find a quiet space, face a window or have a soft front light for best screen results.
We want to ensure the audience can hear your crystal clear, and of course that you can hear Kevin. An external microphone or earbuds work well. Please remember to turn off your notifications (and turn your phone to silent or DND).
A 1080p webcam is preferable, and situated at eye level. Try to avoid looking down at your laptop. If you don't have a webcam, place your laptop on a riser (or even books!) to bring your laptop camera up to eye level.
To ensure we don't get robot sounding voices, frozen faces or internet glitches, please make sure you close other apps in your background during your interview.
