Anthony has worked in numerous leadership roles in the legal vertical since 2005. He has served in critical capacities in scaling two start-ups to north of $30MM in ARR, giving him an unparalleled perspective on what it takes to be successful in marketing, sales, operations and finance. He has repeatedly navigated the complex process of evaluating the root cause of business challenges and identifying both the correct process and partners to work through such challenges.

Bill began his career in the broom closet of Allstate Insurance, rising quickly into management in the Home Office facilities department where he was the manager of the $54M budget, procurement, special projects and technology. His curiosity of all things technical later led him to a decade of project management in the information technology arena, achieving PMP certification in 2003. He later founded and led two small businesses before returning to strategic procurement roles handling HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT technology and managed services for Rockwell Automation Inc and True Value Company, LLC.

Previously VP of Partnerships at Smokeball and Practice Management Advisor at the Chicago Bar Association, she also co-founded Legal Tech Media Group and created Legal Tech Decoded. Chelsey’s sharp instincts and zero-BS approach make her a trusted operator focused on turning partnerships into engines of efficiency and growth

David previously led WM Financial Network for two decades and later joined Tax Law Solutions, helping clients significantly reduce tax liability. A recent empty nester of five teenagers, David combines real-world business acumen with a passion for helping families and organizations plan wisely for the future.

Erin Michael Ferguson

Operational Engineer & Senior Advisor

Erin has a diverse professional and educational background. She earned a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, specialization in Organizational Effectiveness, and is working on a PhD in Business Psychology. Erin has provided executive coaching, data analysis and leadership initiative development for senior executives at HSBC Bank Global, as well as to other industry leaders, for over 15 years. She also worked at NASA Goodard Space Flight Center as a Human Capital Statistician, where she utilized predictive modeling to optimize program initiatives and mission completion. Erin also has extensive experience in Marketing and Sales.

For most of the last two decades Michael has worked closely with attorneys at every level of the legal industry from legal lead generation to legal plans to law firm operations management. He has worked closely with thousands of law firm and other small business operators. Prior to joining Sanguine Strategic Advisors, Michael spent the past 8 years onboarding and managing attorney networks for two national law firms and a national pre-paid legal services plan.

Mike was born and raised in the Chicago area and currently resides in the Chicago suburbs with his wife Maggie, daughter Elise, and dog Truman. In his spare time, he enjoys running, DIY home projects, vacationing with his family, and watching his Chicago Bears.

After acquiring her leadership and organizational skills, Sandra focused her career on managing, training, and supervising the operations and employees of eight local coffee shops in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
